So.  Ramon went over a jump and pulled his thumb back.  Super common apparently....called ....what else?  Skier's thumb!  4-6 weeks in a cast.  Thought is was broken at first but the 2nd doc said it's a partially torn ligament.  On the last ski day of the year....and right when soccer starts!

New climbing guide just came out....and I'm in it :)   1st? ascent from 21 years ago!  Got caught in a lightening storm just below the summit, as we couldn't see the weather building on the other side.  Hunkered down and waited....they sent the young goat, me, to see if the storm was moving off.  I recall put my hand up cautiously and feeling the tingle of electricity in my fingers!  Lucky we didn't get blasted off.

Reflection in a time capsule at SAIT
SAIT....nice place

Was that the roadrunner I saw up there, chasing Wiley E Coyote?
Well who knew. Stopped and chatted with volunteers as I passed thru DT.  They told me to enter.  I was just getting some early morning exercise....60km loop....before working from home at 8am.  Ended up winning the grand prize!

Can you call it a Heli (copter) if you don't get air?  I'm trying!  Ramon keeps laughing at me! Next year....a 360 before I turn 60!
